We only sell high quality piercing supplies to professional piercers and piercing studios. When accessing our website, or placing an order with us, you are doing so in accordance with the following conditions.

• The information you give is accurate, true and is current when placing your order.
• You agree if requested to supply proof that the information provided is true.
• You agree that when placing your order, the information is yours and yours alone.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information.
• You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless from and against all reasonable claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach by you of these conditions or any other liabilities arising out of your use of the products, of this website, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your personal information.
• We may alter the website (or any part) with or without providing notice to you and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any alteration to or withdrawal of the website.
• We may alter the conditions from time to time and any use of the website after an alteration shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the alteration.  It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether these conditions have been changed - You must stop using the website immediately if you do not agree with any alteration. 
• We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to the website or to the product information at any time without prior notice and without any liability on our part. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied.
•  We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website.
• We shall not be liable for damages consequential or otherwise related to your use of or inability to access the website subject to any legislation or law to the contrary.
• It is a condition of you visiting and using the website that you agree to these conditions and you acknowledge and accept that access is at your own risk.  

Our policy is to supply high quality piercing supplies registered studios only. A copy of your registration certificate issued by your local environmental health department (or equivalent) plus proof of a studio tenancy agreement ( or equivalent) may be required at our discretion before initial orders are processed.

You agree that all products will be used in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

You agree that all products will not be supplied or made available to those who are not licenced to use them.

You accept the products are used only by a registered studio and not sold or offered to consumers or those who are not licenced and unregistered

All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our order acceptance policy, you accept that we will not be held liable for any loss you suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to data you provide. 

You accept that when placing your order, you must email us to confirm your offer to purchase the products prior to making payment - Your order may not be accepted for the following reasons:

• You are not a registered studio.
• You are not authorised to place the order.
• The information given to us is incorrect.
• The product ordered is not in stock.
• Under the relevant laws and regulations you are not able to purchase / sell products.
• We reserve the right to reject for any reasonable and lawful reason any offer to purchase by you at any time. 
• You agree that if payment is made prior to following the conditions, you payment will be refunded and you will be refused future purchases.

Buyer accept the following:

• Comply with all instructions and guidance issued by the manufacturer of goods.
• Inspect the goods immediately upon receiving them to ensure that any seals or safety packaging have not been damaged during delivery.
• Comply at all  times with all laws and good practice guidance in the use and application of the goods.
• Check that the goods are fit for the buyer’s purpose and suitable for their intended use.
• Obtain all appropriate consent from any individuals to whom it applies, uses or re-sells the goods and bring to their attention, prior to use, any potential risks to health or side-effects of using the goods.
• The buyer shall indemnify the company and hold the company harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, losses and demands arising out of any breach by the buyer of this condition.

Purchaser must accept and agree to the following when placing orders;

You confirm you have the right to make the payment and to use the method of payment elected by the purchaser.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our discretion - we will notify you if the order is not accepted.

If there is an issue with a payment transaction for any reason we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the website at any time and/or remove or alter the website.

We will not be liable for withdrawing any product from the website even if that product has been ordered; nor shall we be liable for refusing to process a transaction even where processing has commenced.

The purchaser must provide the following information via email prior to placing an order

• Provide their real name.
• Studio name.
• Position / title within the business.
• Phone number.
• E-mail address.
• Payment details.
• Delivery address and any other information that may be required.

• You accept that delivery or dispatch dates mentioned are approximate only and not of any contractual effect.
• The seller is not liable to the buyer for failure to deliver on a particular date or dates.
• Time for delivery is not of the essence of a contract and shall not be made so by service of any notice.
• If no delivery dates are specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.
• Delivery shall be at the delivery address specified on the order, unless otherwise agreed by the seller in writing.    
• The buyer is solely responsible for unloading the goods at the point of delivery.
• The buyer shall indemnify the seller against each loss, liability and cost arising as a result of the seller or its subcontractors assisting the buyer in the unloading or other removal of the goods from the point of delivery.
• The seller shall not be liable for any failure to deliver on a particular date nor shall any delay entitle the buyer to terminate or rescind a contract unless the delay exceeds 60 days.
• If for any reason the buyer refuses or fails to take delivery of any of the goods when they are ready for delivery or fails to take any action necessary for delivery of the goods, the seller is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect, to dispose of the goods as the seller may determine and to recover from the buyer any loss or additional costs incurred as a result of such refusal or failure.
• The quantity of goods ordered by the buyer will be recorded by the seller upon dispatch and shall be conclusive evidence of the quantity received by the buyer on delivery unless the buyer can provide conclusive evidence proving the contrary.
• The seller may send the buyers goods in more than one parcel, the order balance will be cleared in full for all parcels in the initial transaction. No cancellation or termination of any one parcel relating to an order of goods shall be allowed if the goods are delivered at different times.
• The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receiving them. In the event that the buyer fails to inspect the goods, the seller shall be under no liability to the buyer in respect of any defect whatsoever in the goods.

Orders may only be cancelled and/or goods may only be returned at the seller’s sole discretion.  If such request is accepted by the seller, the price for those goods will be refunded (minus postage costs)

The buyer acknowledges and agrees that certain goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.

The seller is not liable to the buyer for:

• Non-delivery unless the buyer notifies the seller within 3 days of delivery date.
• Shortages in quantity delivered unless the buyer notifies the seller of a claim within three days of receipt of the goods.
• Damage to or loss of the goods or any part of them in transit, unless the buyer notifies the seller of a claim within three days of receipt of goods.

In the event of a valid claim by the buyer, the seller’s only obligation is to make good any shortage or non-delivery to the buyers original order. 

• We have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, the colours used may appear quite different on the device that you are viewing. We will not be held responsible for the limitations of technology and cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour, texture, or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate.
• Subject to fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations, we will not be liable for any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); any loss of goodwill or reputation; or any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the conditions. Our liability under any contract for products purchased shall be limited to the value of your order.  
• We shall not be under any liability to you due to our failure, delay or default in carrying out all or any of our obligations under these conditions due in whole or in part to an event of Force Majeure.
• Nothing in our conditions or on the website shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.
• Nothing in our conditions or on the website shall affect your statutory rights.

If the seller is prevented, hindered or delayed from supplying the goods in accordance with an event which is beyond the seller’s reasonable control including.

• Civil unrest
• Acts of terrorism.
• Riots
• Insurrection.
• Military action.
• Fire & floods.
• National or local lockdown.
• Earthquake, storm and other natural disasters.
• Exercise of emergency powers by any local, regional or national governmental authority.
• Industrial action, strikes and lock-outs, blockage or embargo.
• Failure or delay of supplies of power, fuel, transport, equipment, telecommunications systems, Internet or other goods and/or services (including any third party materials).

Under the circumstances, the seller at their discretion may do the following;

• Suspend deliveries while the circumstances continue.
• Send available stocks between its customers as it decides, if the seller has insufficient stocks to meets its commitments.
• Terminate any contract with immediate effect by written notice to the buyer, and the seller will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the buyer as a result.

The seller only supplies products to trade customers being approved body piercing studios. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that it has a valid registration and licence before placing an order with the supplier.

The seller is working closely with its suppliers to ensure that the products its supplies are of a high quality and safe for the purpose for which they are designed to be used.

By placing an order with the seller, the buyer agrees to indemnify the seller and hold the seller harmless from and against the following;

• Claims.
• Liabilities.
• Losses.
• Demands arising out of any breach by the buyer of the obligations set out in this disclaimer.

If the Buyer has any queries in relation to the application, use or safety of the products, the seller recommends that the buyer contacts the manufacturer.
