- Terms of return - 14 day money back guarantee to return your item(s) - T&C's apply.
- State of return - All items must be unused & in it's sealed original packaging as they were when they arrived to you. This excludes - needles, receiving tubes, disposable clamps & jewellery. Items returned which are not in the condition they were despatched in, and therefore cannot be resold will be refused a refund altogether. All return postage is to be paid for by the customer.
- Reason for return - Prior to returning your item(s), contact us by email with any supporting picture(s) along with a brief description of any faults you may have found. Returnable items which seem faulty, that are in the 14 days warranty can be returned to us for inspection. If a repair is not possible we will provide a replacement. It is important to pack the item(s) well to ensure they arrive to us safely. We recommend using a reputable delivery company to return your item(s) as well as get your return parcel tracked. Once received, if no faults are found it will be the customers responsibility to pay a redelivery charge. (Please provide your tracking number when you have returned your item(s).
- Process of refund - If a return is confirmed as being faulty, we will issue a full refund as well as the return postage costs incurred by the customer once we receive a copy of the receipt. (Please provide your tracking number when you have returned your items. Once we receive your item(s), a refund will be issued and will clear in your bank account within 3-5 days.
